Wise ConferenceHi there! We’re Barton and Megan Cutter.

When was the last interaction that left you looking at the world
in a completely new light?

Wouldn’t it be amazing for your own leadership to leave others with that same transformative feeling?

Take a moment to think about it.

Words, action, and presence all have the potential to empower and dis-empower others, whether they are our co-workers, potential clients or neighbors.

Here’s the Deal:

What we say does matter, and how we say it matters even more.

With so much chatter out there, it’s important to know how to show up and connect with those who share your passion to make the ripples out in the world that you envision.

Whether through organizational consulting, team and individual coaching, speaking, or group workshops, we will reveal a world of new possibilities, to give you the tools to bring out the best in yourself and your professional partnerships.

Not only do we offer we work hands-on to provide clients with experiential learning opportunities and leadership development, we also provide exceptional program design and content development services.

Our inclusive leadership coaching and workshops unveils the tools you need to empower every relationship with impeccable clarity, engagement, and action.

Potential clients don’t just want to know about your services any more, they want to know about you. Everyone has challenges they’ve had to overcome to get to where they are. What are yours?

We’ve had experience speaking and leading others in an inclusive environment that values each member of the community, utilizing their strengths and overcoming challenges.

We’ve also had our fair share of challenges.

As an inter-ability couple, we’ve overcome assumptions that Megan is Barton’s caretaker, and that we would never make it, as a couple nor in our business. Yet, through our coaching, consulting, and writing, we inspire others to realize that transformation and success is possible.

Barton Cutter

BartonNH3

At a young age, Barton was told by his college advisor not to apply to college, that with his disability of Cerebral Palsy, it would be too hard... He laughed and did it anyway!!!

A disruptor by nature, Barton’s irreverent wit cuts directly to the heart of any issue while illuminating spaciousness within paradox. He is an ICF Credentialed Professional Certified Coach, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, inclusion expert, Healer and meditation teacher, and international speaker. He provides powerful change agents, organizations, and their teams the essential tools to capitalize upon the inherent wholeness that exists within human systems.

With a flair for mind-blowing humor and a tangible passion that touches all he meets, Barton’s field expertise includes 10+ years in development of human capital, inclusive program design, and over 35,000 hours of training in meditation and indigenous spiritual traditions. Through shifting the paradigm around what it means to cultivate true mastery of the unseen field, his clients experience amplified impact and profit through honoring a deepened sense of humanity and wholeness as individuals and within teams.

While studying writing at The University of Arizona, Barton became interested in indigenous wisdom traditions. This passion eventually lead to a four-year apprenticeship with an Apache-trained Healer, a 20+ year (and counting) study of Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu, and an equally long and diligent journey into Buddhist meditation.

Professionally, Barton spear-headed Youth Leaders in Action, an advocacy and leadership program for junior high and high school age youth with disabilities, before going on to serve as the Communications Director and Advocacy Development Ambassador for The North Carolina Council on Developmental Disabilities.

The owner of Cutter's Edge Consulting and Barton Cutter Coaching, Barton has also served as Accessibility Consultant for the Co-Active Training Institute. Today, he weaves together this rich background to offer leadership development coaching, training, and consulting to organizations and private clients globally.

In our latest memoir, Ink in the Wheels: Stories to Make Love Roll, we dive into themes of family influences and dynamics, creating external and internal support networks, direct support staff and the balance of care giving, losing faith in one another and ourselves- and finding it again.

We bring a dynamic passion to our work in helping organizations reach their potential clients, assisting writers in marketing their work, and our service to empower under-served communities.
